At Babbling Brook Cottages we prioritize the well being and peace of mind of each of our guests.  We have a cleaning plan that includes enhanced sanitization procedures and hygiene protocols.  We use biodegradable hospital grade cleaning products to effectively provide a safe, clean setting for your stay while being conscious about our environment.  Below are a list of the steps we have taken to ensure your stay is as peaceful and relaxing as our fresh mountain air in your personal cozy cottage.

• All bedding and towels are sanitized by both our commercial grade washer and dryer.​

• We sanitize hard surfaces with VitalOxide, NSF-registered “no rinse on food-contact surfaces” sanitizer and an EPA-registered hospital disinfectant with lowest toxicity category—gentle enough for daily disinfecting and sanitizing.  Kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, kills fungus, mold, and mildew at the source and inhibits growth, sanitizes 99.999% of bacteria on food-contact surfaces with no rinse required, and eliminates odor at a molecular level, not by masking with fragrance.  It is hypo-allergenic, environmentally safe and ecologically sound.

• Our non-smoking policy is to allow our natural setting to provide clean air for our guests.

• We provide Method brand cleaners that are non-toxic biodegradable, naturally derived and contains no dirty ingredients.  The foaming hand wash is kind of like marshmallows and puppies, but without all the calories and obedience classes.
