About the Toasted Marshmallow
Toasted Marshmallow has a different kind of history than the other cabins. Built in 1939 as a working and storage space, it was later converted into a cabin with a practical, easygoing character that still fits it well.
This is the cabin for guests who like a stay that feels settled. There is enough separation to let one person sleep while the other starts the day, enough comfort to spend a rainy afternoon inside, and plenty of outdoor space to let the evening unfold slowly together.
What gives Toasted Marshmallow its extra bit of soul is what sits around it. From the patio, you can watch the sun drop through the trees, notice the wood-carved eagle overhead, and look toward the 1948 Honeymoon Cabin. Though not available to rent, it serves as a silent storyteller of Babbling Brook history and a romantic relic of the old Poconos.
