Babbling Brook Cottages is a small collection of five private historic log cabins in Dingmans Ferry, in the heart of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Each cabin is set back beneath tall pines, offering a peaceful, fully private space for quiet getaways and time that feels like your own.
Located in the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania, just minutes from waterfalls, forest trails, and the natural rhythm of the woods.
Our cottages are best suited for couples and adults looking for a quiet woodland stay, whether you choose a small one-room cabin or our larger cottages with room for up to four adults.
Each cabin features its own distinctive character, with a bedroom, 3-piece bath, kitchen, and private outdoor space, ideal for unwinding in privacy and tranquility. Our fully equipped cabins come with all the essentials and more, including cozy linens and blankets, fluffy towels, and kitchen amenities.
To ensure your comfort, all cabins are equipped with:

Booking Deposit
Bookings made outside of 30 days or more of check in date can reserve with a 50% deposit and remainder due 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is requested beyond 30 days of check-in a full refund will be issued. A cancellation is requested 10-30 days prior to check-in, any payments towards the reservation may be transferred to a future stay and must be used within 12 months of the request of cancellation or payments will be forfeited. Cancellations that are requested under 10 days prior to check in will forfeit any refund or transfers for future stays. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refunds.
